By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Certain features require an active paid membership.

Marriage Hunt currently offers monthly and annual membership plans.

Membership fees, billing intervals, and renewal terms are presented at checkout.

By purchasing a membership, you authorize recurring charges according to the selected plan until canceled.

You may manage or cancel your membership through your account settings or billing portal.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically create refunds for charges already processed, except where required by law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Keep your account information current.
• Use only one account unless explicitly authorized.
• Notify us of unauthorized access.

You may not transfer or sell your account.

Members may create profiles and share information through the platform.

You remain responsible for all content you submit.

You agree not to publish content that:

• Is false or misleading.
• Violates another person's rights.
• Contains unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harmful material.
• Promotes illegal activities.

By submitting content, you grant Marriage Hunt a limited license to display, store, and process that content for the operation of the platform.

Members may request introductions to other members.

Introduction requests may be accepted, declined, ignored, or withdrawn.

Marriage Hunt does not guarantee:

• Introductions.
• Responses.
• Conversations.
• Meetings.
• Relationships.
• Compatibility.
• Any specific outcome.

Marriage Hunt provides a platform for introductions, communication, and community participation.

Marriage Hunt does not provide matchmaking services, compatibility assessments, relationship advice, or guarantees of any relationship outcome.

Messaging becomes available after an introduction has been accepted.

You agree to communicate respectfully and lawfully.

Marriage Hunt may suspend or remove accounts that engage in harassment, threats, fraud, spam, impersonation, or other harmful conduct.

Members may create and participate in meetups.

Marriage Hunt does not organize, supervise, manage, or control member-created meetups.

Participation is voluntary.

Members are solely responsible for their decisions regarding attendance and interactions with others.

Marriage Hunt is not responsible for member conduct at meetups.

You may not:

• Harass or intimidate others.
• Impersonate another person.
• Use the platform for fraud or deception.
• Collect personal information without consent.
• Send spam or unsolicited commercial content.
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data.
• Interfere with platform operations.
• Circumvent platform safeguards.
• Engage in unlawful activity.

Violations may result in suspension or termination.

Marriage Hunt does not conduct criminal background checks on members.

Members are responsible for exercising judgment and caution when communicating with others or attending meetups.

You are solely responsible for your interactions and decisions.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.

Marriage Hunt does not store complete payment card information.

You agree to comply with the terms of any payment processor used by the platform.

The Marriage Hunt platform, branding, software, design, logos, and content are owned by Marriage Hunt or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit platform content without permission.

Marriage Hunt may suspend, restrict, or terminate access at any time if:

• These Terms are violated.
• Platform safety is at risk.
• Fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Legal obligations require action.

You may stop using the platform at any time.

Marriage Hunt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marriage Hunt disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

Marriage Hunt does not guarantee uninterrupted service, availability, introductions, communications, meetings, relationships, or any particular outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marriage Hunt shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use of the platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marriage Hunt and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the platform.
• Your content.
• Your interactions with other members.
• Your violation of these Terms.

Marriage Hunt may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted on the platform.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
