Safety

Last Updated: August 23, 2026

Marriage Hunt reviews every application and reads every report. No platform can verify intentions, so use the same judgment here that you would use in any new room.

1. Our approach

We review every application before anyone joins. We read every report members send. We remove people who break the rules. Safety is a shared job. We build the structure and enforce it. You bring the judgment.

2. Know the limits of verification

Application review is not a background check. We do not verify identity documents, income, or criminal history. Confirm what matters to you on your own timeline. Ask direct questions. Move at a pace that feels right.

3. Meetups in person

Member meetups are small and held in public. For any one on one meeting, follow four rules:

  • Meet in a public place for the first few meetings.
  • Tell a friend where you are going and when you expect to be back.
  • Arrange your own transportation.
  • Leave the moment you feel uncomfortable. You never owe anyone more of your time.

4. Online interactions

Never share passwords, financial details, or personal documents in messages. Treat urgent money requests as a red flag. Be careful with anyone who pushes to move the conversation off the platform right away. Real members respect a slow pace.

5. Reporting concerns

Use the report tools in chat and messages the moment something feels off. For anything bigger, contact us with the topic Safety or report concern. A human reads every report, and conduct reports jump the queue.

Report a concern

6. Emergencies

If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Marriage Hunt support is not an emergency response service.

7. Something feels off? Say something.

Reports are read by a human and kept private. You will never be exposed for raising a concern in good faith.
